Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Prisol Soft Technologies Private Limited (“Prisol”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through prisol.org. We aim to collect as little as possible and to use it only for the reasons described here.

Who we are

What we collect

  • Information you send us through our audit and contact forms: your name, email address, company, website URL, the service you are interested in and your message.
  • Job applications you email to us, including your CV.
  • Technical data needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type and approximate country, processed by our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare).
  • Analytics data, if analytics is enabled: pages viewed, referring sites and interactions such as form submissions, collected by Google Analytics using cookies, with IP anonymisation.
  • Usage and behaviour data collected by Microsoft Clarity: how visitors click, scroll and move through pages, including session replays and heatmaps, along with device and browser details. Clarity masks text you type into form fields, and we do not use it to identify individuals.

How we use it

  • To understand how visitors use the site — which pages are read, where people get stuck — so we can improve it.
  • To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal or audit.
  • To assess job applications.
  • To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers: Vercel and Cloudflare (hosting, security and spam protection), Resend (email delivery: it forwards form submissions to our inbox and sends you a one-time confirmation that we received them), Zoho (our email provider), Microsoft Clarity (usage analytics, under Microsoft’s privacy statement), and Google Analytics if enabled. They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes. Some providers may process data outside India.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for up to 24 months afterwards in case you contact us again, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Email prithvi@prisol.org and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies and embedded content

The site itself does not need cookies to work. Microsoft Clarity sets cookies to understand how pages are used and to link page views within a visit. If enabled, Google Analytics also sets cookies to distinguish visitors. Our spam-protection provider may set a strictly necessary cookie when you use a form. The map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps; when it loads, Google may set cookies and receive your IP address under Google’s privacy policy. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated on our server and delivered to our inbox; we do not store them in a public database.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change and revise the date at the top.
